Tasting Notes
Bright pink-red. Initially reductive on the nose, then opens up to cherry, fresh blackberry and rhubarb, with some black pepper and subtle earthy notes on the finish. Somewhat grippy on the palate, then displays textured fruit and subtle acidity, unfortunately a little cloudy on the finish.
