Bright silver-grey in colour with a fine-grained mousse. On the nose, crisp pear, white peach, the merest hint of sealing wax, and lavender in the background. The palate is juicy, with clear fruit, a well-integrated mousse, savoury, with a balanced finish.
More about the tastingCrystalline silver grey colour, with numerous and fine pearls. Ripe pears and lime blossom on the nose, slightly savoury on the finish. Shows fine mousse on the palate, rich fruit and good tension, unfortunately a little slowing down on the finish.
