Bright, pronounced salmon pink with a fine mousse. Creamy notes of raspberries and strawberries on the nose, followed by orange zest and a hint of hibiscus blossom. Beautifully balanced on the palate, with a mouth-filling, soft mousse, sweet fruit and invigorating acidity.
