Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Medium-bodied, shiny ruby red with a copper rim. Pronounced aroma of ripe raspberry and wild berries, plus clove and some smoked bacon, also slightly malty. Spreads out finely on the palate, shows clear fruit and delicate tannins, silky on the palate, opens up again with a juicy finish.
