Tasting Notes
Intense, bright ruby red with a purple-red shimmer. Floral nose, reminiscent of lavender and violets, followed by pepper and ripe plum. Lots of savouriness on the palate, full of tension, great interplay of fully ripe tannins and invigorating acidity, long finish.
More about the tastingDeep, dark, impenetrable purple red colour. Spicy and complex on the nose, with notes of red pepper, juicy plum, thyme, mocha and cocoa. Silky on the palate, rich fruit in a chocolate coating, elegant, yet with plenty of tension and a very long finish.
