Tasting Notes
Dark bright ruby. On the nose savoury, dense, peppery, also rich Amarena cherry, dark leather and bitter chocolate, reminiscent of sugared violets on the finish. Opens on the palate with grippy tannin, juicy, beautiful texture towards the end, will develop and improve.
