Tasting from 09.12.2022: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Ripe, rich fruit on the nose with notes of confit raspberries and cherries, redcurrants and cranberries. Complemented by a subtle herbal spiciness. Full-bodied and balanced on the palate, with fresh, juicy acidity, lots of red berry fruit and fine-grained tannins. Long, salty-mineral finish.
