Tasting Notes

91+
Tasting from 03.06.2022

Delicate lemon yellow. Restrained aromas on the nose, floral notes, some lime blossom, green pear, lime zest and a hint of silex. Still restless on the palate with lively but perfectly ripe acidity. Rich in finesse and elegant. Shows an almost chalky minerality on the finish.
