Brilliant golden yellow. Multi-layered aroma, ripe, fine yeasty notes, ripe yellow apple, lime zest accompanied by roasted nuts. Fine mousse, gripping, full-bodied palate with fine acidity. Well-structured Crémant with a long finish.
