The red wine Dedicace, vintage 2018 from the winery Cave du Vieux Moulin – Famille Papilloud has been rated in 2021 by Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Syrah, Cabernet Franc from the region Valais in Switzerland.
Intense, dark berryish fruit with notes of cassis, blackberry and elderberry, plus peppery notes and nuances of paprika. Very present and precise. Impressive fullness on the palate with plump fruit and coffee notes. Finishes with notes of fruit and coffee as well as somewhat brittle tannins.
