Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.02.2025: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Dark ruby in colour. On the nose, plenty of dark fruit: Plum, blackberry, nuances of strawberry and raspberry, subtle spices, and some mocha and clove. The palate is also fruity with beautiful fullness, ripe acidity and finely balanced, ripe tannins. Persistent.
