The red wine 66 (Sixty-Six), vintage 2020 from the winery Cave St. Philippe – Philippe Constantin has been rated in 2022 by Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Diolinoir from the region Valais in Switzerland.
Fruity, savoury bouquet with notes of three-fruit confit, blueberry and chokeberry. Hints of aniseed and dark baked bread. Sweetish attack on the palate, soft acidity, aroma of raspberry and plum. Slightly noticeable tannin and a piquant spiciness on the finish.
