Opulent aromas of butter cream, smoky lardo and acacia blossom on the nose. The palate is full-bodied and complex, with a slightly sweet impression and rich in extract. The finely underpinned acidity provides balance and delightful length to those vanilla and pomelo zest notes. A very good accompaniment to food.
