Tasting Notes
Bright, shimmering lemon yellow. Opens on the nose with ripe, yellow stone fruit, with air a subtle hint of pineapple, yellow kiwi and buttery cookies. Noticeable mousse on the palate, with sweet, sugared lemon. Fresh finish of fermented yellow apple. Goes well with buttery, creamy dishes.
