It is a wine made from the grape variety Lambrusco from the region Emilia-Romagna in Italy.
Bright salmon pink. Initially on the nose some wet stone, then white flowers, some apricot, quince, cherry. On the palate very juicy and crisp, fresh, radiant fruit embedded in finely-beaded mousse, dry and juicy, appealing in the glass.
