The red wine Otello 200 Lambrusco, vintage 2016 from the winery Ceci has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Lambrusco from the region Emilia-Romagna in Italy.
A complex cherry fruit, not too loud and offensive, definitely with herbal-spicy undertones, vinous. Full-bodied on the palate, fleshy, fine carbonic acid, just a hint of sweetness underlining the fruit, lots of freshness and aroma in the long finish. A serious drinking pleasure.
