Tasting from 26.03.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Dark ruby with purple reflections. Beautiful intensity on the nose with notes of black cherry, plum, vanilla and oak nuances. Sweet and ripe on the palate with plump fruit, elegant structure and good length. A Shiraz as it is written in the book.
