The wine has ethereal-herbal savoury notes and also smells of flint, slate. Sour cherry. The mouth is dominated by a triad of creaminess, juicy acidity and minerality. Fine tannin and a long, juicy finish complete the picture with impression of supreme elegance. This is already very fun to drink, but will also age excellently.
