Tasting from 27.11.2018: Ulrich Sautter

Buttery, creamy aroma, some caramel, but also dry undergrowth, more outback than maquis, sour cherry, milk chocolate, sultana, lots of juice and fruit on the palate, medium-weight extract, creamy background, mellow but not soft tannin, fruity and savoury finish. Quite complete, excellent assemblage.
