The sparkling wine Franciacorta DOCG Dosage Zéro from the winery Centinari has been rated in 2025 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Lombardia in Italy.
Bright, brightening straw yellow with a drop of light gold. Tropical nose of butter biscuits, cream, ripe pineapple, ripe apple and a hint of baby banana. On the palate, it has considerable acidity, a grippy mousse and a fine smooth texture, although the finish is somewhat washed out.
