The sparkling wine Aquila Reale Riserva Extra Brut Trento DOC, vintage 2009 from the winery Cesarini Sforza Spumanti has been rated in 2019 by Gerhild Burkard, Benjamin Herzog with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Rich, intense gold with a fine mousse. Initially nutty-chocolatey aromas on the nose, delicate hints of glue, then Parmesan and yellow fruit. Very full-bodied and broad on the palate, coarse-grained mousse accompanied by a delicate texture, with a slight bitterness on the finish.
