Medium salmon pink, silver reflections; very fine, discreet mousse. Fresh peach and orange compote, a hint of blossom honey with biscuit underneath. Medium body, fine yellow tropical fruit, preserved cherries, delicate fruit expression on the finish, round and harmonious; versatile. (Lot 5F51002900N).
