Tasting Notes
An initial whiff of smoke soon blends into the creamy vanilla overtone of oak. The palate immediately confirms the oak impression which caresses the wonderfully strait-laced, linear and lemony brightness that is so inherent in the wine. It is a lovely juxtaposition of energetic, driven freshness and mellowing, rounded oak softness. They are distinct but in an engaging embrace. A.K.
