Tasting Notes
Light golden yellow, silver glints, fine, vibrant mousse. Hints of preserved nuts, white truffles, fresh orange zest, nougat, and a touch of caramel, as well as a hint of mandarin liqueur, subtle mature wine aromas, well-matured bouquet. On the palate very racy, lemony, with a vivid, dominant acidity, pervaded by notes of lime and sea salt, emphatically mineral, appears leaner on the finish. Appealing due to its cool style, dignified maturity, but should be enjoyed in the foreseeable future. An interesting food accompaniment.
