Tasting Notes
Light yellow-green, silver hues, fresh, persistent mousse. Scented floral notes, fresh tangerine and orange zest, unobtrusive toasted aromas, nutty touch. Full-bodied, elegant, white peach nuances, mineral, finely expressive, lingers, delicate aftertaste of mocha and nuts. A multi-faceted food companion.
More about the tastingMedium yellow, silver hues, fine, persistent mousse. A hint of white stone fruit with floral undertones followed by notes of ground hazelnuts, dried apricots, fine toasted aromas, underlaid by liquorice tones. Juicy yellow fruit notes, creamy texture, taut acidity with a steely structure, expressive finish, very good length, supported by dark mineral spiciness, still appears very youthful overall and has undeniably good ageing potential.
