Tasting Notes
Deep yellow, alongside a great deal of mousse on the palate. Extremely crisp and clean on the nose, initially a little restrained, exuberantly youthful and fresh, then some biscuit and mocha nuances emerge. Exhibiting a lot of complexity on the palate, concentrated sweetness, finesse and an impressive length, August F. Winkler calls its structure gothic because its lines are so defined. The finish has a delicate hibiscus note. Stunningly elegant Champagne.
