Tasting Notes
Bright golden yellow; fine, lively mousse. Ripe yellow tropical fruit, delicate honey and marzipan, lush, attractive bouquet, gentle nutty biscuit tones underneath. The palate is far less Baroque; taut, ripe apple fruit, yellow plum, complex, discreet sweetness, underlaid with a taut minerality; has everything that a multi-layered Champagne needs. Already very gluggable and has very good development potential. Stylistically applicable for Dom Pérignon fans.
