Tasting Notes
Disgorged 07/24. Medium golden yellow colour. Elegant aromas of yellow peach, salted lemon and wet stone, plus fresh toast, fine smoky notes and a hint of Earl Grey tea. The palate reveals a delicate, creamy mousse with a balanced dosage and harmoniously integrated acidity. Medium complexity. Finely tart finish with hints of stewed quince and subtle nutty nuances. A good accompaniment to food!
