Brilliant, dark old pink with orange reflections. Charming, powerful bouquet of dark red fruit, cassis and wild berry jam, hints of spicy savouriness. Piquantly, savoury, with lots of drive on the palate, tasty acid core with mineral pull, very fine mousse, refreshing blood orange on the back palate; vinous, full-bodied pleasure with convincing length. Optimal food wine.
