Pale straw yellow with silver reflections and a lively mousse. Delicately smoky on the nose with nuances of new wood and yellow apple, alongside a mineral touch and yellow tropical fruit tones. The palate is juicy and elegant with a core of ripe yellow stone fruit wrapped up in a taut and fresh structure. Hints of grapefruit on the lingering finish, a complex food companion with a fine barrique note in the chalky aftertaste. (Disgorged 03/22, PM).
