Pale golden yellow, silver reflections, very fine mousse. Yellow apple fruit with candied lime zest and flowers, a hint of oak and cookie. Full-bodied, good complexity, pleasant apple fruit notes, finesse-rich structure, shows freshness and length, mineral aftertaste, an elegant food companion with a racy, lemon finish. (Deg. 3/22).
