Light golden yellow, silver-coloured reflections, fine, persistent mousseu. Delicate nuances of baked goods, herbs and marzipan, a hint of red forest berries, yellow apple in the underlay. Taut, good complexity, fine fruitiness in the centre, delicate pineapple and peach on the finish, elegant and persistent, a full-bodied food wine.
