Light, bright lemon yellow colour. Fine hints of brioche, fresh citrus fruit, apricot and a hint of peach on the nose. On the palate with a fine, lively attack, slightly grainy mousse, medium body and measured length. The finish is characterised by bright grapefruit notes that ensure a fresh, clear finish.
