Medium golden yellow with orange reflections. On the nose dried fruit, ripe apples, acacia honey and yeasty bread notes. Full-bodied, well-integrated acidity, discreet honey sweetness, very complex and structured, supported by a pleasant mousse, lingers well with notes of nougat and a fine salty finish.
