Substantial texture, fresh yellow fruit, finesse and well balanced, notes of blossom honey, a little peach, seems incredibly youthful, fine caramel, delicate dried fruit, very, very long finish, juicy and animating. Great length, promising ageing potential, nothing less than a perfect Champagne.
