Tasting Notes
Light yellow-gold, silver hues. Very fine, rather restrained mousse. Scents of baked apple followed by subtle red wine nuances, a hint of honey with undertones of ripe pear fruit, citrus zest, a touch of dried fruit, cucumber plus delicate herbal spiciness. Complex with immense freshness and precision, which is often missing in Blanc de Noirs. Racy, saline-mineral notes, subtle cherry nuances, very intriguing, impressive length.
