Tasting Notes
Medium golden yellow with silver reflections and a delicate mousse. Smoky, herbal savouriness, white stone fruit underneath, candied kumquat, some nougat and biscuit. Juicy, hints of mint and cassis at the core, complex. A textured wine with fine fruit expression on the finish, it is elegant, nuanced, with subtle hints of pineapple and peach, lemon, and salty minerality - immensely multifaceted and complex. There is an ethereal touch on the finish, verbena on the back palate. (11/5/2023).
