Apple peel, red apple, a whisper of Fino sherry, herb-spicy and red berry notes. In the mouth dense, silky, very fine mousse, Pinot-berryish, harmonious acidity, discreet sweetness, a comparatively full-bodied Champagne with ripe fruit and long finish.
