Medium golden yellow, fine, persistent mousse. Delicately honeyed yellow pear fruit, a hint of cookie, but also lemon and white flowers. Full-bodied, white apple, fresh acidity, pleasant nutty notes on the finish, good length, Pinot Meunier influenced aromas.
