Tasting Notes
Very pale green yellow, silver reflections, very fine, persistent mousse. Mineral bouquet, nuances of yellow peach, a hint of white apple, orange blossom, kumquat, some cold smoke, hazelnut and brioche, very attractive bouquet. Taut, tightly meshed, a little Greengage plum, but also white fruit on the palate, very delicate, rich in finesse, but at the same time powerful, salty and long-lasting, still very youthful, it's still "hands off", has definite certain ageing potential, should be allowed to mature for another three to five years. (6/24, PM).

Citrus nuances background with a hint of oven-fresh baking, lime zest, white vineyard peach, hints of kumquat and hazelnut, underlying mineral tone, a finesse-rich, animated bouquet. Full-bodied, with a taut mineral texture, white stone fruit, still very youthful, fine salty nuances on the finish, good length, certain ageing potential, a precise food companion, which is still capable of increasing with bottle maturity.
