Tasting Notes
(Base year 2017) Medium greenish yellow, silver reflections. Subtle nuances of yellow Greengage plum, delicate reduction nuances, subtle brine touch comes to the surface, some blossom honey, yellow pear. Taut, fine nuances of umami, white apple, lime and sea salt on the finish, extremely fresh and well persistent, a great food companion, fine peach touch in the aftertaste, good length, sure and certain ageing potential. "Collection" debuted very successfully with this cuvée in 2021, this wine replaced the "Brut Prémier" without a vintage. (06/24, PM).
