An initial touch of rosehip tisane gives way to creamy notes of red fruit and mellow Red Delicious apple. The palate is beautifully slender and bright with citrus, yet framed by the richer notes of that red apple flesh. The mousse is fine and lively and the body has uncommon depth due to the large proportion of reserve wines. An accomplished and refreshing rosé with both depth and elegance.
