Tasting Notes
Pale golden yellow with silver reflections and a fine pearly mousse. Fresh baked goods and walnut, candied orange zest, yellow apple and mango makes for a multi-faceted bouquet. Complex and elegant on the palate with a core of well-integrated fruit sweetness backed by fine acidity which creates good persistence. Hints of ripe tropical fruit and apricots show in the finish, which is carefully saline and shows good length. There's some blossom honey in the aftertaste too. Certain ageing potential.
