Light golden yellow with copper reflections and a lively mousse. Delicate herbal savouriness, ripe yellow plums, some baked goods and candied orange zest on the nose. The palate is juicy and elegant with a yellow peach touch, fine acidity and balanced nuances of fruit sweetness on the finish. There's some mineral freshness and very good persistence at the back end, with a hint of apricot and honey too. Very well developed and versatile. (L22192C, PM).
