Tasting from 19.11.2020: Peter Moser

Medium onion red, orange reflections, rather strong colour; very fine mousse. Fine wild red berry compote, nuances of herbs, dried plums, a little fig and nougat, orange zest. Juicy, elegant, inlaid cherry fruit, lively structure, discreet fruit expression on the finish, taut and persistent. A balanced food wine.

Salmon pink with copper reflections; fine mousse. Delicate strawberry jam, gentle smoky notes, black cherry fruit, fine wood savouriness in the background, mineral touch. Juicy, complex, pleasant fruit expression, hints of orange, a restrained style. Definitely a food wine more than an apertif. (Deg. 2/2018).
