Tasting Notes
Strong golden yellow, silver reflections, very fine, persistent mousse. Ripe bouquet, delicate blossom honey, ripe Greengage plum, delicately nutty, fine minerality, ripe apple fruit, delicate oxidation nuances that dissolve with air, nuances of brioche and almonds, candied orange zest. The bouquet opens up with a little time, delicate notes of white peach, pineapple, orange marmalade, a fine touch of nougat. Taut on the palate, white apple, very racy structure, salty, subtle nuances of rancio, tightly woven, very youthful, some almond cookie on the finish, a little Nutella, fine good tropical fruit on the finish, hazelnut flour in the aftertaste, lingers for minutes.
