Tasting Notes
Brilliant golden yellow. Ripe multi-layered bouquet of preserved citrus fruit, grapefruit, a little lime zest underlaid with delicately scented tropical fruit. Invigorating fruit-driven palate with rich fullness and supple texture, fine acidity, mineral influence underpinned with a gentle pearl mousse, focused length, very good tension. Still has potential.
