Tasting Notes
Bright golden yellow with silver reflections and a fine, persistent mousse. The nose leads with ripe yellow tropical fruit, nuances of mango and papaya in particular, and some blossom honey. There's a touch of almond cookies underneath too. Juicy and complex on the palate, it's a rather opulent style with a pleasant fruit component that gives a fine sweetness at the core, backed by an integrated acidity giving good persistence. Finishes mineral, a full-bodied food companion. (L21632014, PM).
