Tasting Notes
Bright salmon pink with copper coloured reflections. Clear berry fruit of fresh raspberry, redcurrant and a hint of Elstar apple on the nose. Cultivated, animating mousse on the palate, medium complexity. Fruity sweet components and harmonious, juicy freshness make this a tasty pleasure to drink.
More about the tastingPale salmon pink, orange reflex, delicate mousse. A hint of white currants, nuances of strawberry, filigree bouquet, underpinned by white apple. Taut, good complexity, the residual sugar is charmingly balanced by a fresh acidity, remains persistent, already accessible, some caramel, sweet cherry fruit, has some certain ageing potential. Drinking well. (L225663024).
