Pale golden yellow, silver reflections, very fine, persistent mousse. Attractive yellow tropical fruit, a hint of mango, peach and blossom honey, delicate hints of brioche, an inviting bouquet. Taut, elegant, fine yellow apple fruit, harmonious, silky texture, fine acidity, pronounced in fruit finish, good length, a multi-faceted food companion.
